Just after winning the second edition of canada's big summer hit: Canadian Idol, Kalan Porter went on to make his cd right after his big win... He worked so hard that he completed his 14 track cd in a month and released his album on November 23rd after winning in mid September. Did he rush his cd? Or did he make sure he showed Canada why he was the Canadian Idol? He sure showed us why, for he shows his talent and verstility on his debut cd, entitled 219 Days(which is how many days it was from the day he auditioned to the day the cd was released). The cd includes ballads and some rock songs, as well as a special track, which is a duet with the runner-up of the show, Theresa Sokyrka. You can hear clips of each song at www.kalanporter.com in the multimedia section. The cd is worth the buy, I think it's available in USA in early January... so go out and get the cd!
