Kanye's second album, Late Registration, has been anticipated ever since releasing his first album last year. This time Kanye changes up a bit, production wise and lyrically. Kanye delivers well on the production no doubt, but on this album, I must say that the production is top notch. I'd give the nod to Late Registration over College Dropout for that.

Yellow = Dip's songs
Overall, the album is solid. Soul samples are all over this cd, so if your not into that, maybe this cd isnt for you, but if you like Kanye in any way, pick this up

I haven't heard most of the songs on this album, but I like Gold Digger.
Kanye West has made a lot of songs with out of the ordinary styles and beats, I like rap just a little bit more everytime I hear one of his beats.

I am sick of Gold Digger. You're rich, we get it.

lol, I just like the beat. With the almost bluegrass background sound from JFox and the rap on top it sounds good. to me.

I agree with you DIP. It is a nice album, but I think his freshman album was still better...
