It's over! It's over! I didn't vomit! I wanted to vomit while watching all the convention speakers use hyperbole to describe their party and candidate but I held off, because well, vomit doesn't taste good coming out.
Barack Obama's acceptance(?) speech last night was just as good and as moving as all his others blah, blah, blah... Basically if you're smart and haven't payed attention to this presidential race like I have for the last 18 months (instead of maybe having a life) and last night was the first time you saw Obama speak, then that speech was for you. As for me, I'm so tired of hearing politicians and anchor men (and women!) spew bullshit and then trying to write about said bullshit, that I'm not going to try covering next weeks Republican National Convention. If something interesting happens or I have some sort of opinion on it then I'll write about it. But to try and sit there and watch as these people pat each other on the back and take shots at the other side is mentally exhausting. It doesn't help that MSNBC sucks liberal cock, FOX News sucks Republican cock (but in a totally hetero way,) and CNN has Wolf Blitzer. A name I refuse to add to the spell check dictionary.

And John McCain chose Alaska Governor Sarah Palin as his running mate this morning, she's a woman, she's 44 and has 5 kids. Is this a good move? I don't know, I'm just somebody on the internet. She's more attractive than Joe Biden I'll give her that. This is also the most exciting thing to happen to the state of Alaska since the Exxon Valdez sprung a leak and killed adorable animals. But if you want to know anything else about Palin go watch the news.

No, don't go watch the news they probably know as much about her as I do and are no doubt having a collective stroke trying to talk about her. (Yes!) Wikipedia is probably 80% accurate.
