What type of radio stations do you listen to?  Top 40? Classic Rock?

I pretty much listen to Michigan State's college station The Impact which plays stuff like Indie, Punk, Alt. Rock.

i dont listen to the radio much now unless im switching cds in the car, but its mostly hip hop stations

For like 2 months I listened to the hip-hop station up here...but then it got changed to a motherfecking country western station so I don't listen to the radio anymore.

I listen to the only "modern" rock station currently available in the area.  I say "modern" because there is a station that plays Classic Rock - but they dont ever play the good classic rock, so it sucks.

Im a over all kind of person. My boyfriend got me into country, my best friend got me in hip-hop and Im originally into rock. So I listen to them all. Two country stations, one hip-hop, one rock, and one modern songs.

Anyone try Satellite? My dad got a new truck with it in there and its really not all that worth it. My parents got my brother sirius and its actually pretty nice. The store people say that XM is better than Sirius but I guess it just depends on what you're looking for. XM has a better selection but Sirius has more of my kind of music on it.

Sirius has Howard Stern, that automatically makes them better. And thats the only reason I'd get it, to listen to Howard.

Anyway I listen to modern rock stations because not all of us are as lucky as vertigo to be living near a huge ass college with an independent station.
