So Summerfest just ended in Milwaukee, the World's Largest Music Festival. I used to think that was a joke but it turns out it really is the worlds largest music fest. This year I only saw OAR, Mae, Okgo, The Fray, Rise Against, and Guster. I was only able to go three days becauase I live two hours away from Milwaukee now and I had summer school during the week. There's music there for everybody, here are some more bands that were there that I was unable to see

Those are about 1/2 or 3/4 of the headliners only. I didn't even start with small name bands that some of you could have heard of or the headliners that I just didn't feel like typing in. Anyway, has anybody besides me ever been to summerfest?

Don't worry I haven't heard of a lot of those either. I just posted the ones that they were calling "headliners".

And most people don't even go for the music. They just go to get shitfaced and make complete asses of themselves.

rise against is pretty cool.

I saw only one song of Rise Against. I was at the ampitheather concert and I wasn't going to leave that one even becuase the ampitheather is the only stage that costs money to see, so after that I ran over I was gonna be able to catch the last like 45 minutes it. When I was about halfway there this huge guy asked me if I liked hip-hop, and he was huge so I wasn't gonna say no so he made me listen to his music..next thing you know I bought two cd's from him becuase again, I wasn't going to say no.
